We are a truly unique marketing consortium
We have 35 years’ experience of connecting venues with event organisers. We only partner with academic venues, so we really understand the sector. This enables us to promote the unique benefits that differentiates your venues from other providers.
One of our aims as a consortium is to create opportunities that enhance your own marketing activities. Combining resources and sharing the costs, enables all venues to achieve a greater influence as part of a wider group.
As a partnership organisation we value your feedback, and are always looking for ways to develop ideas to improve our service to the industry. The research with our partners in summer 2015, helped us develop a new package for 2016-17 as detailed below.
Your annual package for less than £295 per month (£3,500+VAT)
We also aim to provide a package that offers you much more than other marketing agencies. This ranges from marketing intelligence to multi-platform digital promotional activities, through to the delivery of quality enquiries. All of which is supported by the experience and expertise of the Venuemasters team – think of us as an extension of your own marketing department.

2) Your venue promoted through an area Eblast
To over 10,000 event organisers 4 times per year
3) Your venue promoted on our website homepage
For 1 week 4 times a year, with 50,000 visits per annum
4) Your venue promoted via our Twitter account
With minimum 12 messages per year to over 750 followers
5) Your venue promoted via our ‘News Eblast’
With relevant news and offers to over 10,000 event organisers
6) Receipt of enquiries processed by our office
From organisers using our website or calling the office

This unique combination of activities increases brand awareness of the consortium and our partner venues. We provide the same level of support and service for this package to all our partners, irrespective of location, range of facilities or turnover.
Book a second venue page for only £75 per month (£900+VAT)
We know some venues will want us to promote their meeting and group accommodation facilities, so we're offering a second page at just £900 for the year. This can be booked at the same time as renewing your annual partnership package.

Our 5 point promise to you is that we will…
1) Drive traffic to your venue page on our website.
2) Drive traffic to your own website with click throughs from your venue page.
3) Send you enquiries from event organisers using our website or calling the office.
4) Send you a monthly report with key statistics and summary of enquiries.
5) Provide any advice, guidance and support for your marketing activities.
What happens next…
The partnership year runs from April 2016 to March 2017. All venues should renew their ongoing annual partnership, by the end of March 2016. Just login and choose from a single or split payment schedule. When you’ve renewed we’ll start to work with you on your venue page, and the rest of the package to help market your venue throughout the year.
