Ideas to maximise your participation in the Show
Nowhere does the old adage of “fail to prepare, prepare to fail” apply more than in the world of trade shows and exhibitions. The Manual and Guide we've collated provide a range of practical ideas, tips and best practice to help you maximise the return on your investment in the Show. The Manual and Guide should cover the majority of your questions, but if there is anything you're not sure about please don't hesitate to call us.
1) Exhibitor Manual (deadline for the first form is 28 March)
This is for your Stand Manager and is an A–Z of everything relating to the organisation of the Show and details of the venue. A copy was emailed to exhibitors on 18 February, and another can be downloaded from the list on the right. It contains Order Forms for items such as badges and fascia name board, plus booking hotel accommodation.
2) Marketing Guide to Exhibiting at the Academic Venue Show
This contains some essential tasks to help you prepare for the Show. It also has links to a number of other free Guides and videos to help your team prepare for the event. Whether you're a first timer or expereinced exhibitor, there is something for everyone. A copy of the these free resources can also be downloaded from the list on the right.
3) Marketing Material for the Academic Venue Show
You can download a copy of the Show logo and email signature from the right - and remember to use these in your communications in the run up to the Show. Also don't forget to link your email signature to the Show website. If you're tweeting about the event please include reference to our Twitter account @VenueShow and the hashtag #AVS2016.
