Meet the agents at Jigsaw Conferences
We have arranged an exclusive opportunity for four members to meet four agents at Jigsaw Conferences for one hour on Thursday 11 February 2021 between 1100 and 1200 at their offices.

The format for the day
Each member will have the opportunity to use a tablet or laptop to make a five minute presentation about their venue to the four agents; a short Q&A session will then follow. As time is limited, the agency has requested that venues focus on the areas outlined below and leave only one brochure or set of promotional material.
- Quantity of meeting rooms and capacities
- Quantity of bedrooms (vacation & year round)
- Accessibility for delegates using public transport
- Parking information for delegates travelling by car
- Corporate or social responsibility policies
- Agent rates & commission offers
- Opportunities for educational visits
