Log In Eblast your venue to organisers on our database

Email marketing is an effective way of raising the profile of your venue. Sending an Eblast to our qualified database of contacts helps you reach thousands of event and group accommodation organisers to promote a special offer, facility or service.

There are opportunities each month for individual venues to Eblast either the 'meeting' (c2,800) or 'group accommodation' (c750) contacts on our database. Some venues like to promote to both segments at the same time, so the choice is yours.

These contacts have all registered for regular updates about academic venues. We pride ourselves on the quality of data, which is updated on a weekly and monthly basis.

The package includes:
1)   Creating the Eblast (with a design using your chosen text and images)
2)   Sending the Eblast (to your chosen target audience on the agreed date and time)
3)   Reporting the Eblast results (with details of open and click through rates)

We'll work with you throughout the project. The 'how to' PDF on the right is a useful guide to start preparing for the Eblast, whether you're experienced or a first-time user of this type of promotion. One of the key aims is to drive traffic to your website, so we suggest you include the following: 
>   Your message and headline (special offer / incentive / facility / service)
>   Attention grabbing images (1 main and 2-3 supporting photos)
>   Engaging text (maximum 100 words to explain the headline and images)
>   Call to action (with clear links through to your website and phone number)
