UEA'S GUEST ACCOMMODATION IS A WINNER The Guest Suite at the University of East Anglia has been awarded a 3* Quality and Tourism award for its campus accommodation from Visit Britain. UEA Guest Suite won the 3* award after an in depth inspection of bedrooms, catering and public areas. Student residences, which are also available for guests in the summer vacation, are also due to be inspected shortly. Olwyn Emerson, Acting Guest Suite Manager says “We are delighted to be awarded 3* status for our accommodation and to have reached this level of recognition with Visit Britain. Our visitors, conference and leisure guests can rest assured that they are staying in very good quality accommodation at great value for money whilst supporting the University. UEA Guest Suite consists of 62 en suite bedrooms located on central campus. Bedrooms are available year round and on a bed and breakfast basis with full English or Continental breakfast. The Guest Suite is an integral part of the successful £1 million conference and banqueting business, which supports the university community by utilising campus facilities out of core teaching periods.
