Digby Stuart College, Roehampton University of Surrey, is planning to increase its student study bedroom accommodation with the construction of a new building on the Roehampton Lane Campus. This building will be used for student accommodation during the term time and conference delegate accommodation during the summer vacation.
The scope of the project will be the construction of 140 fully furnished conference quality en-suite bedrooms with associated amenities. The residence will be self-catering with fully fitted kitchens and sitting rooms. The objective of the project is to construct, commission and handover the building by the end of summer 2004.
