David Russell Hall at the University of St Andrews is being re-developed over the next three years to create 700 en-suite bedrooms on a site next to its sports centre. This development will complement New Hall, which already has nearly 500 quality bedrooms graded with three stars by VisitScotland.
Environmental issues feature strongly in the design of the new building which will include a water conservation system, the highest standards of thermal insulation and sophisticated building management controls.
