Visitors to Manchester's Piccadilly Train Station can't fail to notice the Manchester Conference Centre's brand new marketing tool: an illuminated billboard with electronic panel that continuosly streams information about the conference venue and hotel.
Until August, the 48-sheet billboard located opposite the station's main entrance and taxi rank, will provide at-a-glance information about the MCC to the many thousands of commuters that use the train station every day.
A duplicate billboard is also located on one of the city's busiest intersections, where several main arteries into and out of the city meet.
Speaking about their new marketing initiative, Richard Handscombe Sales & Marketing Manager of the MCC said:
"Iti s vital in such a fast-moving and competitive industry, that we contantly find new ways of delivering our message to as many people as possible.
The locations we've selected for our billboard advertisements are extremely well-placed, and we are confident that this new initiative will spread our message to an even wider audience"
