THEY’VE done it again . . . and they’re rapidly running out of space in the Warwick Conferences trophy cabinet after claiming another award for their excellence in customer service.
The latest accolade was received when they won the Best Customer Focus at the prestigious Venuemasters Awards last week, which acclaimed their dedication to customer needs.
Tony Rogers, the Chief Executive of the British Association of Conference Destinations, paid tribute to Warwick Conferences excellence in hospitality after presenting the award to Amanda Simpson, the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Mr Rogers stated that no other entrant got close to the standards delivered by Warwick Conferences and they thoroughly deserved an award, which reflected their attention to detail.
The Venuemasters Award is further acclaim for Warwick Conferences following hot on the heels of the recent Best Customer Service prize at the Godiva Awards in Coventry.
These successes continue a momentous year in which they won an unprecedented hat trick of awards at the Meetings and Incentive Travel Awards event in February.
