Exciting plans are afoot at the University of Strathclyde to expand its city centre Campus in Glasgow. These include a state of the art Sports Complex and new conference and catering facilities. Although these are in the early stages, it is proposed that a new building with a dramatic atrium will link the Campus from one end to the other with catering outlets and conference rooms incorporated into the blueprint. This will see a new cohesiveness to the city centre campus linking the Campus Village accommodation to all the University's lecture theatres and meeting rooms making Strathclyde a most attractive conference venue.
