Staff at the University of Leicester’s Residential and Catering Services are not content simply wearing a red nose- they plan to wear red too on March 11!
Red Nose Day will become Red Clothes Day for some staff at the University of Leicester who are keen to raise funds for charity.
Friday 11 March marks the 10th anniversary of Red Nose Day and staff will donate money in order to add a splash of red to their uniforms.
Emma Kettle, Deputy Conference & Sales Marketing Manager said many staff had wanted to do something for Comic Relief and this provided an opportunity for people to get involved.
She added: “The Residential and Catering department is a large close-knit team and it’s a great opportunity for people to participate in the fundraising. This small and simple gesture should help raise money for Comic Relief - it would be fantastic if all members of staff get involved”.
