If you are planning to host a conference in the UK or elsewhere around the world, you might be interested in the Conference Management Service that has just been launched by the Sales & Marketing Office at Royal Holloway. Anyone who has organised a conference will know that that it can often be a very time consuming project. It is hoped, therefore, that this new service will help to relieve the administrative burden that is often associated with such events.
It is a bespoke service, which is tailored to the individual's requirements, depending upon what level of support they feel they need. It can include help finding a suitable venue, delegate invitations and registration, budget preparation, travel arrangements, welcome packs and the provision of name badges.
