| OUTSTANDING SCORE FOR UNIVERSITY'S HOSPITALITY BUSINESS
|
Warwick Hospitality, the hospitality business for the University of Warwick have achieved their highest score yet, over 80% in their third Hospitality Assured Meetings reassessment. This means that Warwick Hospitality are the only business in the West Midlands and one of only six in the UK to achieve a score of over 80%.
At the start of September Warwick Hospitality and Warwick Conferences were externally reassessed against the HAM (Hospitality Assured for Meetings) standard. HAM is the Professional Service “kite-mark” for the hospitality and meetings industry with some 2200 outlets across 72 UK businesses currently recognised nationally as meeting the stringent criteria. The assessors, from the British Quality Foundation provided some very positive initial feedback and have specifically commented on how “professional, enthusiastic and honest all those interviewed had been”.
