| IT’S A QUESTION OF SPORT AT LOUGHBOROUGH UNIVERSITY |
Seb Coe, Steve Backley, Tanni Grey and Paula Radcliffe are a few of the top sports performers that Loughborough University has produced, but with the recent sport facilities developments and opportunities that have been made available, many more are sure to follow. Delegates now have on offer to them a new £7million state of the art swimming pool; a water based hockey pitch and a £3million Badminton, Netball and High Performance Athletic Centre. With all this on offer, it’s no wonder that the University has been chosen as the new site to host the ECB National Cricket Academy.
These recent investments, coupled with Loughborough’s excellent residential facilities, allow the University to offer some of the best conferencing facilities available in the UK. With a massive 3300 bedrooms available on campus at Loughborough University, of which 700 are ensuite, the needs of residential delegates are well catered for.
