VENUE DESCRIPTION

An ideal venue for conferences, meetings, training and groups. 200 conference and meeting rooms; 1000 plus square metres of exhibition space; nearly 1500 single study bedrooms and quality catering tailored to your needs. Only one hour drive from London by rail or road; 10 minutes drive from Southampton International Airport and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park.

MEETING DESCRIPTION

The main conference suite houses a 480-seater tiered lecture theatre, numerous seminar rooms and over 1,000 sqm of exhibition space. A variety of other facilities are available for large or small meetings.

BEDROOM DESCRIPTION

A choice of standard or en suite single bedrooms each with a telephone and data point, set in pleasant surroundings.

RESTAURANT / BAR DESCRIPTION

500 seater restaurant with a variety of smaller dining rooms seating 25-250. A selection of menus to suit all tastes and plenty of bars suitable for all occasions.

LEISURE FACILITIES

Sports Hall comprising of gymnasium, 5-a-side football, volley ball, squash, fitness centre, outside sports fields with all-weather football pitch, tennis courts and cricket pitches plus swimming pool.

DIRECTIONS

5 minutes drive from M27 and M3 motorways. Intercity trains direct from most parts of the country. Trains from Waterloo are frequent and take just over an hour. 3/4 miles from stations on a direct bus route.
