VENUE DESCRIPTION

Situated on the outskirts of the City but still close enough to experience the variety of restaurants, museums, art galleries and entertainment it has to offer. The University offers excellent conference facilities coupled with a high reputation for the standard and quality of its catering. You will find a conference team whose aim is to make your event a resounding success through emphasising professionalism and quality of service.

BEDROOM DESCRIPTION

Accommodation styles vary from campus to campus, but in all rooms we provide tea & coffee making facilities, soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels and a maid service.

MEETING DESCRIPTION

The University has a large range of lecture theatres, teaching rooms, boardrooms and seminar rooms all available for use. AV equipment, including data projectors, laptops and microphones, are available to hire as are IT suites and video conferencing facilities.

RESTAURANT / BAR DESCRIPTION

Whatever your needs, our aim is to provide you with the service and menus that every guest will enjoy and appreciate.

LEISURE FACILITIES

Limited leisure facilities available at present. However a new sports hall is currently being built and will be ready by September 2006 to include a multi-purpose sports hall and up to the minute gym.

DIRECTIONS

Situated on the outskirts of the city, the University is minutes away from M4, M5 and M32 motorways and just a short drive from Bristol Parkway Railway Station, making London only 1 and a quarter hours away by train

OTHER INFORMATION

Building work started in January on the new student village and Sports Hall at the University's Frenchay Campus. The 65m project forms part of the University's 200m investment programme - one of the largest university capital investment programmes in the country. The project will provide 1,932 new ensuite rooms of student accommodation alongside new sports facilities and is due for completion by September 2006. Visit our website for more information.
