Whether it be for small 1:2:1 meetings in our floating pods, 30 people in boardroom in our panelled Huntingdon Room, once hosting King Henry VI or 1,190 delegates in our tiered auditorium let us do the searching for you. Year round bed and breakfast accommodation for upto 60 visitors and then during vacation time allocation of bedrooms increases to over 2,000 allowing delegates attending a conference to stay on site and enjoy the facilities on offer.

Heslington West: Exhibition centre includes 900m2 of floor space >>
Centred around once Europe’s largest plastic bottom lake, Heslington West stands proud as one of the Countries leading top Universities under 50 years old. The picturesque green campus is home to our larger capacity venues like Central Hall and the Exhibition Centre.

Heslington East: Meeting facilities for upto 100 people >>
Opened in 2011 and ever growing, Heslington East is the University of York’s newest addition. The state of the art new campus offers floating pods ideal for focused discussions, the 3Sixty, a black box with 360° projection and sound allowing for total immersion in new technologies and the Lakehouse offering 270° degree view for upto 100 delegates of campus. All these rooms and more are nestled in the beautiful Ron Cooke Hub which offers stunning views of the vale of York.

The King’s Manor House: Meeting spaces for upto 90 people >>
Located in the City Centre, The King’s Manor is one of York’s most visited attractions. This Grade 1 listed, 16th Century venue encapsulates York’s historical past. The building and its grounds have laid host to Royal figures such as King Charles I and Henry VIII. Its signature meeting space, the panelled Huntingdon Room will have delegates feeling empowered and valued.
