If you prefer the quiet elegant seaside charm of Eastbourne this campus won’t disappoint. With meeting space for up to 244 delegates and a variety of breakout rooms it can offer ultimate flexibility. Add to this a range of excellent sports facilities including an indoor swimming pool, three gymnasiums, an outdoor artificial turf pitch, a sports hall and tennis courts.

Phoenix Brewery: is located right in the heart of the city centre within easy walk to all the major sights and offers 295 modern en-suite bedrooms with shared access to kitchens.
Varley Park: is a bustling modern site with a real community spirit and easy access to road networks. Here you will find 285 modern en-suite bedrooms and 225 standard bedrooms, all with shared access to a kitchen.
Falmer Halls of Residence: is set on the edge of the South Downs with an impressive array of sports facilities on offer. The site has 471 en-suite bedrooms with shared access to a kitchen.
Moulsecoomb Halls: has 163 older style bedrooms and consists of split-level self-contained flats of up to eight single bedrooms with a wash basin in each. A kitchen, communal area and bathroom facilities are shared within each flat.
Eastbourne Campus: Should you prefer the quiet elegant seaside charm of Eastbourne, our group accommodation won’t disappoint. Located in the Meads area of the town, Welkin Halls offer 354 en-suite bedrooms with shared access to a kitchen. Here you will also find a wide range of modern sports facilities for your guests to enjoy.
Catering options include self-catering, Bed & Breakfast, half board or full board. The hospitality teams will be delighted to serve you a range of culinary home cooked locally sourced tasty delights.
