The University of Hertfordshire offers residential accommodation for events during summer seasons. Located at junctions 3 & 4 of the A1M, 10 minutes from the M25 and M1 and close proximity to Luton and Stansted airports, we have 2,800 bedrooms available across two campuses and can cater for a variety of events from small group travel bookings to summer long residential stays.

Both sites include a dedicated campus bar for you and your guests and social space for private hire. Whatever your evening entertainment programme, we can help you. Flexible check-in times are available where required, as well as luggage room and the option of self-allocating your guests.

College Lane

College Lane offers 700 new bedrooms, 500 refurbished bedrooms in Telford Court as well as a new onsite campus gym and social rooms, alongside outdoors green relaxation areas. The campus is home to variety of accommodation including single ensuite, twin rooms, shared rooms and townhouses situated in relaxing environment. Suitable for a variety of residential bookings including group travel, language schools and youth groups.

de Havilland Campus

A single compact versatile campus with 1,600 single ensuite rooms. The site boasts a 450 seat restaurant, onsite gym, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, 40+ meeting rooms and a 440 seat Auditorium at its heart. Each room includes its own hospitality tray, mini fridge and bathroom essentials.
