Oxford University event venues have five venues offering historic and modern facilities at affordable prices in Oxford. We offer a complete support service and cater for a wide range of events from conferences, day meetings, drinks receptions, to exhibitions, concerts and dinners. One of our venues, the Examination Schools is the largest city centre conference venue in Oxford. Oxford has very short terms of 8 weeks and many of our venues are available all year round. 

Examination Schools: meetings for 440 people, available at weekends in and out of term time
The largest city centre venue in Oxford, the Examination Schools is an exquisite Grade II listed venue with sixteen meeting rooms ranging in size from 20 to 440. With no fixed furniture, we provide a very flexible venue space for large and small conferences with ample space for main plenary and break-out sessions, poster and exhibition displays. Sheldonian Theatre: seating for up to 750 people, available all year round
A stunning Grade I listed building and the Universities ceremonial hall, the Theatre holds up to 750 people in the one room. It is an impressive venue for award ceremonies, opening and closing sessions for large conferences and drinks receptions for up to 250 people. It is also ideally designed for musical concerts and celebrations for up to 650 guests.

Osler House: meetings for up to 75 people, available all year round
A fine art deco building with landscaped grounds, Osler House offers a tranquil and modern setting for day meetings of up to 75 people. With four meeting rooms, it also offers a social space for dinners, parties and drinks receptions. Click here for more information >>

University Club: meetings for up to 60 people, available all year round
A modern, light and spacious venue, the University club has four meeting rooms accommodating from 4 to 60 guests and 14 guest bedrooms. It is also a great social space for parties and award dinners for up to 400 people. St Luke’s Chapel: meetings for 90 people, available at weekends in and out of term time
An historic Grade I listed Gothic style Chapel with original pre-Raphaelite windows, St Luke’s can host up to 90 people theatre style, 24 boardroom and 30 classroom. The surroundings create an intimate and cosy environment for drinks receptions of up to 70 people and dinners for up to 50 delegates. Currently the Chapel is only available to hire within Oxford University.
