Oxford Brookes University has an extensive range of meeting spaces and classrooms available across three campuses around the city: from smaller meeting rooms through to large lecture theatres or halls seating up to 360.

Our facilities are available to hire individually or they can be combined to form a bespoke package designed around your event needs, in both cases we offer great value for money. Our team of professional event managers are dedicated to providing a personal, friendly service and ensuring that you get the best possible venue experience.

2015 saw the official opening of the award-winning John Henry Brookes Building. The modern and spacious building boasts over 20 meeting spaces; from a lecture theatre seating 320 delegates to executive boardrooms. Inside the Building you will be wowed by the light and airy open spaces which helped the building win a number of awards, including RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Regional and National Awards and the Oxford Preservation Trust New Building Award.

Based on the Headington Campus, the John Henry Brookes Building provides an outstanding venue for conferences and events. We also provide an extensive selection of seasonal hospitality options to meet the requirements of any event we hold. Our Catering Services team take pride in offering the best possible service and their flexible approach means that they will create menus that perfectly match your event.

If you are looking for accommodation or a short let in Oxford, we have great value rooms available throughout the year with a large number of accommodation options becoming available in the summer. We have a choice of single en suite bedrooms at four locations across Oxford from June to September and one location with year round availability. All bedrooms offer comfort and a place to work or relax with essentials such as WiFi included free of charge.

As well as a cosy bed, all guests have access to a shared kitchen fully equipped with cookware and kitchenware so you can rustle up your own breakfast – a perfect way to start the day. With excellent transport links to and from London and major international airports, our accommodation will ensure you have a great stay in the ‘City of Dreaming Spires’.
