The University of Portsmouth has a wide range of lecture theatres, halls and seminar rooms which have year round availability and can seat up to 200. In addition to this, our conference and events team have years of experience in all areas of group management, providing us with the know-how and resources to make your event as stress free and memorable as possible.

We provide top quality catering services ranging from small private lunches to larger formal banquets; we believe that by providing a tailored service we can adapt our menus to meet your needs. We enjoy discussing your individual business or special party requirements with you, to ensure a perfect visit every time.

Accommodation at Portsmouth

During the summer months of June to September, residential accommodation can be provided in halls of residence all of which are within easy walking distance of our conference facilities. We have an outstanding choice of over 1,500 bedrooms, most of which are en suite, spread out across four campuses:

• Rees Hall, located on the sea front with catering for 150
• The Langston campus has a choice of catering or self-catering rooms available
• Harry Law Hall, with 302 single en suite rooms available
• Bateson Hall consists of 56 self-contained flats that can sleep up to 5 people in each
